Internal records of the Military Training Center (ВУЦ) at the Kaluga branch of Bauman Moscow State Technical University, a state institution running military training for Russian service branches. The corpus totals 1,944 files. Released here are the institutional and doctrinal records: training presentations, information bulletins, academic assessment regulations, methodological plans, and patriotic education material.
1,724 files are withheld. Every file was machine scanned for personal identifiers — patronymic forms, surname and initials, phone, email, SNILS and passport patterns, dates of birth. A file was released only if extraction succeeded and no identifier was found. Withheld material names private individuals, including minors: student and staff rosters, muster rolls, academic debt lists, medical and blood donation rosters, and individual petitions. Those are not published.
Reference list for lawful research and defensive analysis. Inclusion is not an endorsement. Capabilities and pricing can change.

Firegod // Public portfolio record.
Release is allowlist based and fails closed. Every file was machine scanned for personal identifiers — patronymic forms, surname and initials, phone, email, SNILS and passport patterns, dates of birth — and published only if text extraction succeeded and the scan came back clean. Formats that could not be verified were held back by default rather than released on the assumption they were safe. That is why 1,724 files are not here. PDFs and images open in the browser; everything else downloads. Infrastructure: Cloudflare R2.
Everything published on this site was collected from open sources on the public internet. No material here was obtained through intrusion, account access, credential use, purchase from a data broker, or any private or restricted channel.
This is an independent open source research project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or carried out on behalf of any government, agency, unit, or employer. No classified United States information is published here.
Documents are published for research, educational, and journalistic purposes and are presented as found. Any translation, summary, or assessment is the author's own analysis, offered as opinion rather than established fact. The accuracy of the underlying documents is not warranted.
Records naming private individuals were screened out before release. Every file was machine scanned for personal identifiers and was published only if that scan came back clean. On that basis 1,724 files were withheld. If you are named in published material, or believe a file was released in error, write to Firegod91@proton.me and it will be taken down while the request is reviewed.
What is published here is a screened subset of a larger collection: 220 files of 1,944. The remainder is withheld because it names private individuals, and it stays withheld. Research and press questions about the collection can go to the same address.

What is published here is a screened subset, not the whole collection. The archive holds 220 of 1,944 files. The rest is held back because it names private individuals. Researchers and journalists with a specific question about the collection are welcome to write.
